Refund Policy

You may return items within 14 days of receiving them if they don't meet your expectations.

Please note: accessories, underwear, and swimsuits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged online or in-store.

• Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition

• Item(s) must be in their original packaging

• You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase

• Visit our Return Portal and submit your return or exchange request

• A confirmation email will be sent to you

• Our shipping company will then contact you to arrange pickup

• Visit our Exchange Portal and submit your exchange request

• Select your preferred replacement item (size/color)

• A confirmation email will be sent to you

• Our shipping company will arrange pickup and deliver your new item

• We do not charge any return or exchange fees — you will only need to cover the shipping costs, which vary by location.

• Once we receive your item(s), you'll be notified via email or phone

• After inspection, we will confirm the return status within 7 working days

If your return is approved:

• Card payments (debit/credit) → Refund will be processed directly to your card

• Cash on Delivery → Refund will be issued to your online wallet

• Buy Now, Pay Later (ValU, etc.) → Refund will be processed to the same payment account used

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery charges (if applicable).

You must return faulty items within 30 days, in the same condition as received.
