Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving them if they don’t meet your expectations.
Please note: accessories, underwear, and swimsuits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged online or in-store.
To qualify for a return:
• Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition
• Item(s) must be in their original packaging
• You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase
Online Return Steps:

• A confirmation email will be sent
• Our shipping company will then contact you to arrange pickup

Refunds
• Once we receive your item(s), you’ll be notified via email or phone
• After inspection, we will confirm the return status within 7 working days
If your return is approved:
• Card payments (debit/credit) → Refund will be processed directly to your card
• Cash on Delivery → Refund will be issued to your online wallet
• Buy Now, Pay Later (ValU, etc.) → Refund will be processed to the same payment account used

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery charges (if applicable).
You must return faulty items within 30 days, in the same condition as received.
